1. Director of Communications: oversees and coordinates all internal communication for Utah 34, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s mission; assists other members in external communication. 

2. Director of Partnerships: leads Utah 34’s efforts to build and maintain strategic relationships that advance the organization’s mission and expand its impact.

3. Director of Government Affairs: leads Utah 34’s engagement with local, county, and state governments, ensuring strong relationships with public officials and alignment with public policy processes.

4. Director of Community Engagement: leads Utah 34’s efforts to connect with communities across the state, ensuring that youth-led initiatives are informed by, responsive to, and supported by the people they impact.
